The Research On Food Safety Regulatoiy Issues In Hebi City

For humans, food is the basis of people for living and the necessary material ofsurvival and development. Food security is closely related to not only people’s lifesafety and health but also political stability, economic development and socialharmony. Currently, how to ensure food safety has become a significant globalproblem which urgently needs to be solved by government. On the occasion ofcurrent transformation of government functions and institutional reforms, how tostrengthen food safety supervision and improve the food safety system is animportant issue for the local government to study and solve.This article aims to study the issue of food safety supervision of Hebi city whichis based on public products and government restriction theory and using the methodsof historical analysis, comparative analysis and literature research and so on toexplore the food safety supervision work opportunities brought by the transformationof government functions and institutional reforms and analyze the problems of foodsafety supervision in Hebi to propose exploratory countermeasures and suggestionswhich will develop food safety supervision of Hebi city towards scientific andefficient direction in order to realize the purpose of ensuring people’s food safety.This article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is an prolegomenon. Thesecond chapter defines the food, food safety and food safety supervision and otherrelated concepts, and elaborates the theories of pubic products and governmentrestriction and the related theories laying the theoretical foundation for the study. Thethird chapter describes the current situation of food safety regulation in Hebi city andanalyzes the existing problems. In the forth chapter, the food safety supervision indeveloped countries were introduced and the inspiration was derived. The fifthchapter puts forward a comprehensive food safety supervision countermeasures andsuggestions for Hebi city.This article, under the specific circumstances of Hebi city, proposed to build aprevention-oriented, scientific and efficient supervision, help the local governmentsfully understand the importance of food safety regulatory issues, improve the level ofsupervision of Hebi city, ensure people’s health, maintain social harmony and stability, promote the further development of the food industry.
