Research On New Logistic Mode Of Faw Toyota Motor And Advance Method

Because of the transfer of international manufacturing and abundant low-priced labor force in china, China has become the center of world manufacturing, but Chinese manufacturing cannot rely on low-priced labor force to participate in international competition for long time. The spirit, idea, thought and methods of Toyota should be introduced into Chinese manufacturing to enhance our manufacturing's competitive power.Through investigating in Tianjin Faw Toyota Motor Co.,Ltd.for over one year, the writer of this dissertation experienced the high efficiency that the JIT brought to firm, and noticed new development of Toyota production method. Based on Toyota firm, this dissertation uses contrast analysis method to analyze Toyota's logistic mode and inventory mode, proposes the new development of Toyota's inventory management---P-lane. One of innovation of this dissertation is the contrast between P-lane and ABC method in inventory management. Moreover, this paper also uses contrast analysis method in logistic organization designs and supplier cooperation. Finally, this paper summarizes the difficult and hindrance in advancing TPS, discusses the method and process of introducing Toyota production method into Chinese manufacturing.
