In recent years,exuberant vehicle market demand,led to the automotive interior parts manufacturing enterprises to flourish.Faced with the demand for many varieties of small quantities,most of the small and medium-sized car interior parts enterprises according to the planned production model.Due to the difference of product and time between planned production and actual demand,the problem of high inventory and long production cycle.JIT management to achieve the necessary parts to the necessary number of the necessary time to the production line,and only the required parts,only the required quantity,only in the time required to produce,thereby reducing the WIP products Inventory,to establish a smooth and more efficient production processes.The literature shows that the research on automobile interior parts enterprises is mainly focused on product materials research,and there is still no research and application on the production of billboard system for automobile interior parts.In this paper,the study of automotive interior components Kanban system,has a certain theoretical research and application value.This paper first elaborates the application theory of pulling production,billboard and Petri net technology in production,and the method of resource allocation in production system.On the basis of the above,this paper takes automobile interior parts manufacturing enterprises as the research object,taking into account factors such as long production preparation time and large difference of production rhythm before and after the production process of automobile interior parts,according to the strategy of supermarket pull system,the establishment of the production process key Kanban:Production Indicator Kanban and buffer triggered Kanban model.The manufacturing resource allocation model and the calculation method of key parameters of Kanban are proposed.Finally,the modeling of automobile interior parts production Kanban system is established by using the method of Timed Petri nets,and the average processing time optimization model with the least difference between each link is established.The buffer storage capacity and the optimal allocation of process equipment resources are solved the solution of resource conflict of Petri net Kanban system is proposed for resource conflict in the model.According to the pull-type management rules of interior parts,a prototype system of Kanban production information management is designed,and the rules of production instruction Kanban,buffer replenishment trigger Kanban and equipment status Kanban information processing are presented.For enterprises to implement Kanban information management system laid the foundation.
