The Enterprise Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System Based On The BSC And The Performance Prism

Enterprise performance evaluation is a typical problem for enterprise management. The enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation which is more impersonal and more scientific is needed, and leading the behavior of operator and staff by verifying and modifying the enterprise strategy hypothesis by the result of computing, and evaluating the effect of implement of enterprise development strategy.From informationization viewpoint of enterprises, comprehensive performance eva1uation system was constructed based on the integration of performance evaluation theories,information techno1ogy,data warehouse theory and decision- making methodology. This system would help implement performance evaluation and process improvement in traditional enterprises. Key problems of this performance evaluation system were discussed and some related research contents were also introduced.The article analyzed advantages and disadvantages of mature strategic performance models: BSC and Performance Prism, which contributes to inherit advantages and put forward a new set of performance evaluation indexes. The article aimed to construct a comprehensive and systematic enterprise strategy formulation and implementation tool by introducing BSC into Performance Prism.The article has measured and evaluated the enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation index data by qualitative and quantitative ways; used ANP to decide the index's weight which manifest the influenced and impact among the enterprise integrate performance evaluation indexs.At last, a computer company is chosen as an example to illuminate the process of the enterprise comprehensive performance evaluation. The enterprise management data is used to explain how to apply ANP to verify the application effects.
