The method not only relate to the financial indicators,also consider the non- financial indicators, which can be designed through the five dimensions of each stakeholder, and then carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the enterprise. Through the evaluation results, the company can find out problems in the management, to improve the level of C hina’s state-owned agricultural materials enterprise.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, the second part is about the performance prism theory basis and the application of performa nce evaluation system of the prism. The third part is introduce the basic situation o f Anhui DF chemical fertilizer Co.,Ltd., its present performance evaluation and the problem and its reason analysis. The fourth part which is build a new type of performance evaluation system from the five dimensions of the performance prism fo Anhui DF chemical fertilizer Co.,Ltd. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect, and points out the deficiencies and the problem can be improved in the future.
