| Since 1990s, economic network has been playing more and more important roles due to economic globalization. As IT has embracing its fast development, IT has been widely used in enterprise management around the world, given great impact on the traditional economy mode and brought devastating revolution on control means, management philosophy and consumption method. As main bodies participating in the economy, enterprises are competing more and more fiercely and in more complicated ways. Many new concept and theories come out such as enterprise reengineering, BPR, ERP, SCM, CRM, etc. All such new management theories and methods are closely related with E-business.In this article, the author, firstly, analyzing the impact of IT to an enterprise in terms of core competence, value chain, etc, puts forward the ways by which the enterprise improves its core competence, namely full implementation of IT with E-business as the core. And then, the author makes detail description of theories relating to IT utilization in enterprise management including the analysis of value chain, implementation of BPR, further implementation of ERP, SCM and CRM, and make discussions on the methods, principles and procedures of IT utilization in enterprise management. Finally the author gives suggestions and solutions to the IT implementation in Dushanzi petrochemical works in light of the actual conditions of Dushanzi petrochemical works. The article develops in compact design, and closely focused on the actual conditions of the enterprise.The article is composed by utilizing the advanced management theories to solve the special problems faced by non-public-traded part of the enterprise after restructuring. By this article, the author hopes to provide a train of thought for the development of such enterprises after restructuring, and especially to make a little contribution for the further development of Dushanzi petrochemical works where the author has been working. |
