With the coming of the era of the global economic integration, the competition from the internal and international markets becomes keener and keener. More and more people have realized that the human resource is not only the first resource, but also the key to giving a company a competitive advantage. In the course of the development and management of the human resource, performance evaluation seems more important. It is just like a sword with two blades. If the result of the performance evaluation is good, it will help the company to attract more excellent talents and improve the whole company efficiency and get the most economic benefits at the same time; whereas it can shake the employee's morale and affect the power of the company competition.At present, the power company is at a changing stage-from the traditional personal administration to the modern the human resource management. The most important task is how to make the performance evaluation of the human resource connect with the word-famous companies. I wrote this essay by doing more research, looking up many documents, referring to the successful methods and experience of some companies. According to analysis of current situation for electricity power enterprise.This text combines the characteristic of electricity power enterprise, puts forward a set of system of performance evaluation suitable for electricity power enterprise of our country. Meanwhile, follows the simple and practical principle, pays the key point on the research of performance appraisal method, and further establishes a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. It has important directive significance to electricity power enterprise on effective performance evaluation system.
