Performance evaluation as the core of the enterprise human resource management, has become an important support of corporate business development and corporate strategic objectives. HR performance becomes More and more the attention of business managers. The development of China’s mineral industry is entering a critical stage, strengthening of human resources performance evaluation has important practical significance. With the rapid economic development, the advancement of technology, enterprise development is more complex external environment and internal environment, mineral industry operating environment has undergone profound changes. Under the new situation of Investment diversification, international management.fierce competition and supply and demand market, human resources has become a powerful weapon to effectively deal with complex environments.At present, foreign experts and scholars on the assessment of the human resources management have achieved better results, and made more scientific qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of models and methods. However, the assessment of human resources management in China is relatively backward part of the model and the lack of accepted standards, many still in the phase of theoretical research.This study is based on the induction and consolidation on the basis of the relevant literature. First, simple combing related concepts covered in this article, including:the meaning of human resources, the meaning of performance, the meaning of performance evaluation; Secondly, Comparing the current human resources in the performance assessment commonly used theoretical tools to analyze their advantages and disadvantages. Once again, using literature of induction and expert consultation to establish evaluation index system. Finally, Use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, empirical analysis of Yunnan Gold Group as the research object. The analysis results show that, the Yunnan Gold Group’s human resources performance management in a better level, but there is still insufficient, and this, combined with the the Yunnan Gold Group management features, and propose appropriate recommendations for improvement.
