Risk Management Analysis And Research Of Measures For Power Plant Enterprises

Under the electric power market environment, the power plant enterprises are facing more and more competitions, the risk factors are increasing, so there is huge revenue and loss risk. This article first introduces the meanings and procedure of risk and risk management, and then identifies the risks basing on the characteristic of the power plant enterprises; then uses AHP method to evaluate the risks, judge the importance degree of the risks. The calculated result shows that price risk and management risk are the more important two risks for the power plant enterprises. For the price risk, the article adopts VaR model based on the GARCH to measure the revenue and loss value, which can make the manager truly feel the risk loss value, thereby make out the risk keep-away measures. For the management risk, using the subjective incentive and restriction mechanism model to research, from the managers and staffs themselves to reduce the management risk, the result shows the favorable effect.
