Research On Risk Analysis Of A Fossil Power Plant Management And The Prevention And Control Tactics

It's been 11 years for the reformation of electric power system.The competition between power generation groups and regional power generation companies has developed from size of installed capacity to energy structure,industrial structure,and managerial efficiency of enterprises.With the improvement of the requirement of national environmental protection policies and technical reconstruction,the comprehensive profitability and anti-risk capability of power generation enterprises need to be strengthened accordingly.At present,realizing the operational risk,lowering the operating costs,and improving the anti-risk capability are quite urgent and are of great realistic significance.This thesis,take A Coal-fired Power Plant as an example,deeply analyzes the environment.of macro economy,power industry,the coal industry and environmental protection policy which the a coal-fired power plant facing.Analysis of the Power Plant's production index,financial index as well as the organization and system culture,constructed the SWOT matrix model.Through a comprehensive analysis of the cost structure,decide 9 first level business risk index,and sensitivity analysis is carried out and sort.Based on the current internal and external environment,decomposing the 9 first level indexes,put forward 27 two classes management risk index,and combined with the recent medium-term prediction at home and abroad,the development trend and current situation of enterprise environment.Combined with the recent mid-term forecast,domestic and international environmental trends and business status,branched expansion and not to expand the two types of business risk a coal-fired power plant in 2016,2020,2023,a grade two class management risk index predicts and analyzes the sort.At the same time,this paper carries on the analysis to 27 two level indexes and decomposition,put forward 67 three classes management risk index,constructed three class management risk control indicator system,and combining with the actual production and operation and development planning,the specific prevention and control strategies was elaborated from the 11 aspects of the overall business risk prevention and control system of the paper.This thesis,take a coal-fired power plant as an example,based on the current social and economic development and the construction industry,constructed the three level index systems of coal-fired power generation enterprise operational risk,and puts forward the specific risk prevention and control strategies.I hope the thesis will have reference meaning for improving risk prevention ability and the level of profitability of coal-fired power generation enterprises in China,and has certain value of popularization and reference.
