TOU (Time-of-use) power price is one of the effective measures in DSM (Demand Side Management). Through exerting the effect of price lever,power consumers will change their power consuming mode so as to be beneficial to flat the load curve. In this article the issue of how effect this pricing exerts, how to dig its potential and how to confirms peak and valley period of time based on the study of TOU present situation of Hebei Province is further thoroughly discussed. This paper introduces the method of users reaction matrix to reflect the consumers'response in terms of historical time-of-use price data, and then users satisfaction index model to integrate the electricity consumption manner satisfaction index and the electric cost expenditure satisfaction index. Furthermore, the time- of-use price decision-making model with users reaction matrix and satisfaction index is presented. |
