Research On Port Logistic Mode

With the rapid development of world economy and international trade, the port,as international trade bridge have an unprecedented development. Because the close relationship between port and local economic in the region, local governments and enterprises have paid great attention. And government and port enterprise both have introduced port logistics development of short, medium and long-term planning.The objectives and market positioning of different levels and different types of port business are different in our country. Logistics services in each port can't be blind to follow and compete, but should act in line with its own port logistics development strategy and mode.In this article ,the auther does some research in some modes of logistics ,and hopes to give some advices to the enterprises in port logistics.The auther studies the modes of Qingdao port deeply and chooses the best mode by using AHP ,and hopes to give some advices to Qingdao port in the port logistics development mode.
