Research On The Linkage Development Between Port Logistics And City Economy In Luzhou Port

Under the new economic normal,China’s economic growth rate slowed,industrial restructuring,the third industry has gradually become the focus of the structure of the national economy,the development of the logistics industry has become the focus of economic development in china.As an important node of the national strategy of "the Yangtze River Economic Belt",the research on the dynamic relationship between Luzhou port logistics and the city economy has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Since its opening,the development of Luzhou port rapidly,In addition to the economic environment and the impact of external factors such as the Wenchuan earthquake,the container handling capacity can ensure that the growth rate of about 20%;At the same time,Luzhou City,as the "one hundred billion GDP" city(state),the total economic output and growth rate are relatively increasing year by year,maintained a strong momentum of development.However,the main source of Luzhou port is only 5%-10% from local Luzhou,the linkage between economic development of Luzhou City and the port of Luzhou is not strong.There are two main specific performance: First,the Luzhou port does not provide supporting logistics services for the leading industries in Luzhou city;Second is that Luzhou does not make full use of the advantages of Luzhou port to develop the suitable port industry.From the point of view of sustainable development,this is an unhealthy trend of development.Based on the related research status at home and abroad,economic development,Luzhou port logistics in Luzhou city and relevant theories,establish econometric model of Luzhou port logistics and economy in Luzhou City,the results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the Luzhou port logistics and the economy of Luzhou city;the container throughput of Luzhou port and Luzhou city the gross domestic product for the mutual causal relationship between Grainger,showed that Luzhou port logistics can promote the economic development of Luzhou City,Luzhou economic development can also promote the growth of Luzhou port logistics;through to the three major industries of Luzhou city and Luzhou port container throughput pulse analysis of Luzhou City’s third industrial added value of Luzhou port logistics push the most significant;the container throughput of Luzhou port to increase the value of the growth change of the second industry in Luzhou City Most obvious.Finally,in order to promote the common development of Luzhou port logistics and economy of Luzhou City,the port transportation system,port cargo management,city integration,multimodal transport,government regulation and other aspects of the development of countermeasures and suggestions.
