The Studying On The Issues Of The Development Of Port Logistics Distriparks In Jiujiang

With the rapiid development of economic globalization and information technology, there has been great change in the field of social production, material flow, commodity transaction and its management. Meanwhile, the modern logistics, which is honored as the third profit source, is booming up over the world. As the connection point of the sea, the land and the air and transportation node, the harbor plays more and more important role day by day. So far, most of the main harbors in China have set up supporting logistics park. Jiujiang has taken full advantage of its convenient transportation, brisk logistics demands, perfect infrastructure and government policy support and there is great potential to develop harbor logistics.This paper begins with a theoretical study on logistics and logistics park including the definition, functions and characteristics of logistics park, and the concept and functions of harbor logistics park. Then it analyses the development situation of logistics and logistics park home and abroad hoping to use for reference in the development of Jiujiang harbor logistics park. After that there is a general analysis on Jiujiang Harbor's functions and its position in Jiangxi Province, in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and its share and coordination of Shanghai Harbor respectively. A detailed analysis on Jiujiang bonded logistics park on the basis of its background, infrastructure is made in method of SWOT strategic analysis and a developing tendency and prediction on cargo volume of Jiujiang Pork is presented in virtue of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Game Theory. In conclusion, the paper brings out suggestions on relocating Jiujiang port logistics park's development goals and specific development countermeasures.
