Customer relationship management is a significant transformation in the concept of business management. It can cause recruitment agencies to manage relationship with customers effectively, and can establish the long-time stable relationship on both sides, thus gain greatest value on both sides. Customers are the key point on the development of recruitment agencies, which are important in the survival of recruitment agencies. Customers' choice and retention decide the survival and development of recruitment agencies in a great degree. The characteristics of recruitment agencies decide they should lay stress on the work of customer relationship. Through implementing customer relationship management strategy they will obtain and maintain more loyal customers, establish long-time competitive advantage on recruitment agencies and achieve long-term development goal of recruitment agencies.This article is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the concept, emergence, development and its present situation of customer relationship management. It carries on the introduction with its correlation theories. The second part discusses the necessity and the feasibility of customer relationship management implementation in recruitment agencies in our country under the present situation. The third part studies the plan for recruitment agency with concrete implementation steps. The fourth part provides us some rational proposals to recruitment agencies on customer relationship management implementation according to the characteristics of recruitment agencies based on the above analyzes.
