The Research And Studay Of The Cor Competences Of Our Nation Owned Liner Companies

That the globalization of the world economy, world-wide application of technology not only makes exacerbat the competition but also acts as the movement of the development of the theory for companies. The cor comptence is regarded as the thinking of the inbeings of the companies, and has been studied as a very hot issue.The paper firstly look back the development of the main shipping companies of our country, and find out some of the questions and the reasons. I think this as the foundation of my research. At the Charpter 3, I summarized the theory of the cor competences, this part is the academic foundation of the following parts. And then, according to the theory of the cor competencs, I improved the model of the Value-chain that came from professor Michael Porter, so that it can fit the liner companies better. On the basis of the improved Porter Valu-chain, I put out my system of value the cor competencs of the liner companies, under this system, I studied the biggest ones of our countries' liner companies,such as cosco and China shipping and compared them to the top 5 in the world particularly, this makes us know our advantages and disadvantages, and finally, according to these disadvantages, I proposed the measures to improve our liner companies.
