Study On The Subcontracted Industrial Clusters' Transaction Relations

In the modern economic society, the industrial clusters' development receives people's attention more and more. In our country, the formation and development of the industrial clusters had more than 20 years history. However, we have not been able clearly to know this industrial geography centralized phenomenon. In 1990s intermediate stages, the people use "the massive economy" to describe the place economical characteristic such as "a village one" and "a town one industry" in Zhejiang Province. In recent years, the domestic and foreign theories raise the study on the industrial clusters and the clusters enterprise in abundance, and have yielded many results. The cluster enterprises' transaction relations also become an important question.The subcontracted industrial clusters are the "quasi-market organization" that the related enterprises gather in a certain space and work together in the design, production, marketing, transportation and other sectors to achieve flexible manufacturing. The article takes the subcontracted industrial clusters as researching object and its transaction relations as study content, carries on the analysis to the subcontracted transaction relations by economic theory such as transaction cost theory, game theory. Through comparing with internal transaction and market transaction, the article will propose long-term and stable characteristic about the clusters' transaction, and analysis the formation, maintenance and strengthened process of the long-term transaction relations, and expose the long-term transaction relations to be the result of repetition gambling which participation in every way, the set of firm mechanism and repetition gambling to be the double prop which the cluster enterprises keep words. Finally, the article also proposes a viewpoint that current economy high speed growth in our country has provided the external environment support for the long-term transaction.
