Requirement Analysis Of Information System And Business Process Reorganization In Nanjing Hua-shun Wheel Co.Ltd

With China's entry into the WTO, China's company must achieve modernized management to conform to the development of the world. Facing fierce competition from economic globalization ,one of the important strategic measurement taken by company to heighten the level of management and marketing competitive capacity is to apply information system to the business and managemen of the company .However this is a completely new question for a great many small-medium manufacturing company in China.In this paper, requirement of information system was analyzed and some crucial business process was reorganized according to the practical project from Nanjing Hua-shun Wheel Co.LtdFirst of all, development history of the Nanjing Hua-shun Wheel Co.Ltd was reviewed,main products and organization structure of the company was introduced,and the current development situation and main problem faced by company was analyzed.Then,the external environment faced by the company was analyzed from three aspects including macro-environment,marketing environment and competitive opponents.The strength and weakness of the company itself was analyzed. Under the basis of analysis above,the necessity and feasibility of applying information system to the company was discussed,and the general objective and the period objective of the project was put forwarded .Next, according to the objective of the first phase of the project,several main business region within the company was analyzed respectively.the current business situation of the sales, producing,purchasing and storage and their problem lying in the management were researched and discussed.and then, the requirement of information system involved these was raised.In the end, on the basis of the theory and methods of the business process reorganization(BPR), the ideas of BPR in the project as well as the principal and the target was advanced.The business process of the sales,producing,purchasing and storage were reorganized .The achievement of research in this paper has been put to use in the company.And,the result of the practice has showed that it is reasonable and effective.
