A Study On Competitive Structure Of Large-Tonnage Central Air-Conditioning In Chinese Market

The study on competitive structure of large-tonnage central air-conditioning in Chinese market in this dissertation is based on Competitive Theory, Competitive Strategy Theory of Port and Supply and Demand Theory. The author describes the current situation and the characteristics of the competitive structure of large-tonnage central air-conditioning in Chinese market. According to this dissertation, the competitive strategy, the compete power of the manufacture enterprises,the traits of the supply- demand market and other element such as human-resource and new power source, affect competitive structure of large-tonnage central air-conditioning for the major manufacture enterprises, York, Trane, Carrier, Dakin, Broad, etc, in Chinese market .Based on the above-mentioned study, the author forecast the future development tendency of the large-tonnage central air-conditioning. In the end, the author expound some revelation to the major manufacture enterprises belongs to the ,mainland of china, and bring forward the related suggestion for the manufacture enterprises.
