Animal husbandry has been Fuxin’s traditional advantage industry. As one of the pillar industries in Fuxin city of animal husbandry development, planning the city’s dairy industry, it was particularly important for animal husbandry in Fuxin city.At present, China’s dairy farming is experiencing the traditional cultivation pattern from the backyard quickly to large-scale farming. In order to fully understand the development status of Fuxin City dairy farming scale, the survey of Fuxin Haizhou District, Xihe District, Taiping District, Xinqiu District, Qinghemen District, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County and Zhangwu County seven district (county) the size of farms and scattered raising households conducted field visits to investigate, record the city the size of breeding the truth, and by referring to the large number of relevant literature, of Fuxin City Dairy scale aquaculture development present situation and the existing problems are analyzed, and put forward reasonable suggestions aiming at the existing problems. The survey results shows that:(1) the scale of dairy farming in Fuxin city in recent years has a great degree of improvement, the main form of the modernization of dairy farms, dairy farming area, dairy enterprises to build their own ranch. But small households scattered raising and other forms of small scale farming is still in the city’s dairy farming accounts for a large proportion:number of the city’s dairy herds in more than 100 head of breeding field (households) in dairy herds proportion by 34.3% in 2011 growth to 48% in 2014, an increase of 39.94%, continues to expand the scale of farming; number of the city’s dairy herds in 20 head following breeding field (households) in dairy herds proportion from 31% in 2011 decreased 21.8 percent in 2014,29.68% year-on-year decline. Number of dairy herds in less than 100 head of dairy farmers the herds of the total accounted for the proportion of still standing to more than 50% of the total number of the city’s cow, the proportion is still larger.(2) since the full implementation of the "leading enterprises+cooperatives+farming households" since the policy of development of dairy farming model, the coverage of the city’s mechanized milking rate assumes the trend of escalation, compared with 2011,2014 mechanical milking coverage rate is an increase of 10%; 2014 milk output grew 5.17%, cow production over the previous year growth 3.82%.(3) affected by the price fluctuation of milk market, there is still a certain risk of farmers, the government should strengthen the support of farmers.2012-2014 within three years, the number of the city’s dairy herds showed a downward trend, compared with 2012,2014 dairy herds year-on-year decline in the number of 24.55%; milk prices, 2011-2014 milk prices were rising trend, but the year 2014, February 2014 milk prices for 4.9 yuan/kg, after milk prices to fall all the way until the end of 2014 4.2 yuan/kg, the annual average price of milk for 4.4 yuan/kg, there are still some instability.In view of the Fuxin city scale dairy farms is relatively low, the yield level of cows is lower than the national average, high quality feed shortage, seed service system of dairy cows is not perfect, disease prevention and treatment of low level, cow manure and wastewater treatment problems caused by improper restrictions on the development of scale dairy farms in our city environment pollution etc. and put forward relevant suggestions to improve the Fuxin city scale dairy cattle breeding system:for provincial project funds, to promote large-scale farming and construction; to do a good job of numerous bred work, expanding the existing good cow group advantages in our city; introduction of dairy cattle frozen semen for artificial insemination, improving milk quality and milk yield milk; ensure the raw materials milk quality and safety and quality, promote the safe development of the dairy industry; planting forage quality, improve corn silage for dairy Cattle provide high-quality roughage; strengthen epidemic prevention supervision and inspection system, update and Epidemic Prevention Center Laboratory, testing equipment, from time to time, pay attention to the epidemic dynamics; increase support for dairy farmers, the introduction of the corresponding avoidance due to price fluctuations caused by shock, reduce risk of dairy farming; policy and related regulations, accelerating the process of integration of the dairy industry; good dairy farming scale development process of environmental pollution problems, development scale ecological dairy cattle breeding.The Fuxin city the county farmers and farm visits investigation, Fuxin city and each county and the comparison with the average level, the problems existing in local scale farming carried out in-depth analysis, and draw lessons from domestic and international successful scale dairy farming experience proposed the rationalization proposals, in order for Fuxin city development of scale breeding provides a theoretical basis and practical reference.
