Quality Control System Of EPC Project Management

Quality play an important role in enterprise competition. The quality control of EPC project management is a complicated and system engineering which involves design, procurement, construction and installment, with a lot of variable factors and risks. For EPC project of flue gas desulphurization, as a newly formed industry, project management and quality control need to be improved.Combining with the development and application of quality control system in SYHB FGD EPC project management, this paper analyzes the total process and aspects of FGD EPC projects with systematic and scientific management theory. The suitable actions for each key point of quality control are proposed to ensure the quality of engineering to meet the needs of customer, laws and regulations, design documents and contracts.By analyzing the development of FGD EPC project in macroscopic environment, the paper stresses the necessity of quality control of FGD EPC project management. The basic concepts of quality, engineering quality and quality management and the structure of management system are theoretically analyzed in detail. The systematic process of quality control, combination structure of GB/T19001, GB/T24001 and GB/T28001 standard systems and the key points of quality control in engineering design, procurement and construction are investigated in detail. On the basis of this, a suitable form of quality control system in EPC project management is proposed. Finally, the practical development and application of quality control system for SYHB FGD EPC project management is given combining EPC project management with total quality management technology.The concepts of the paper proved to be effective through practice in SYHB.
