Application And Research On The Flue Gas Desulphurization Improvement Project Under EPC Contract

This paper bases on project management theory of EPC, case to EPC engineering construction of reconstruction for No.4 boiler gas desulphurization equipments in Xiao Longtan power plant, the plan of EPC and how to control four management target, which contains rate of progress, quality, cost and security, are deeply researched, and this paper comprehensively analyzes the effectiveness of management, so the cost control of EPC management model in overall process can be found. This can make design, construction and purchase organically combine. After guaranteeing engineering quality, as best as we can make rate of progress and depth cross, thereby we can shorten the total period of engineering construction. Compared with conventional project management model, engineering cost can be largely reduced. This can bring the benefit of proprietor and general contractor to maximize. This supplies the referred management model for EPC engineering construction and management of stack gas desulphurization. At the same time, this article analyzes problems of applying EPC management model in stack gas desulphurization engineering and solving measures. At last, this paper puts forward suggestions of applying and developing EPC management model in stack gas desulphurization of a coal-fired power plant.
