| Ding Qing Zang municipality lies in YunNan Province, the center of San Jiang district where are affluent in mineral resources.As the further development of the West Regions, Di Qing has the talent to supersede the old mineral resources district , it can offer necessary mineral resources. Developing mining in the special geographical position will destory the environment , if we can not deal with the environment problem. Some experts reckoned that we can not develop the mineral resources, but our country has less mineral resources reserve. The situation of shortage of the mineral resources in our country is more obvious now. In order to pledge the GDP grow, develop DiQing mining will be inevitable. So ,author take the point that develop DiQing mining is important, strengthen the geological survey, protecting environment accommodations and the mining accommodations will be design,construct,and employ at the same time.This article take the point that develop the DiQing mineral resources as the breach, and answered why develop mining and expatiate the inferior position and the superiority , conjecture the future mining production value. The article also introduce the economic situation of DiQing and the situation of the geological survey, analysis the the social benefits that the DiQing mining. Described some complexions of Pulang and Yangla copper mine and take some advices. In this article , author quote some regional development examples that through developing mining, the experiences can use for reference in DiQing. The article also describe industry tourist, rely on Shangri-la brand, turn DiQing to be a travel collecting and distributing centre of Tibetan area ,innovate constantly, take this way, not only celebrate the local income but also strengthen the supervisory management.
