At present, there is a pressure in people’s work and life in the increasingly competitive society, the degree of gradually strengthened, especially for workers in geological Survey departments. Their work far away from the city and family, what affects their physical and mental affect. Departure gradually appearing, bring problems for effective management, and brings adverse effect to the development of the unit. In order to improve quality of the staff’s working life, even the efficiency management of the unit, working pressure and turnover intention is becoming more and more attention. Pressure source mainly from the task itself, career development, work environment, security situation, communication and interpersonal relationship, physical condition, income and performance feedback, work-family tensions, etc. In this paper, the geological Survey departments personnel leaving work pressure and problems were analyzed, and the pressure of work and the influence factors of turnover intention and the relationship between the empirical research, to provide personnel management of geological exploration targeted Suggestions.On the basis of reviewing the previous studies, this paper made clear the overall design of this study, and put forward the corresponding hypothesis. This paper collects the relevant data by means of questionnaire and interview. Through empirical investigation, analysis of turnover intention of the main problems, from a variety of possible sources of work stress of concludes main types of work pressure, were investigated on the pressure of the task itself, career development, work environment, work and family conflict and interpersonal relationships, investigates the factors of employee turnover, and has carried on the analysis to the above factors, the study is proposed based on work stress and turnover management issues corresponding countermeasures and suggestions and expectations to provide help and support for the geological prospecting personnel work of human resource management.
