Research On Sustainable Development Of Our State-owned Petroleum Enterprises

Oil industry is the basic industry and backbone industry of our national economy. Petroleum enterprises, especially our state-owned petroleum enterprises provide the important energy for our economy. The sustainable development of our state-owned petroleum enterprises relates the development speed, development scale and safety of our national economy. After entering into the World Trade Organization, our oil industry barriers and taxes barriers are relieving gradually. The foreign international oil corporations are participating into our oil market. Our state-owned petroleum enterprises will meet with fierce competition. In order to balance development chance of every industry, our government adjusts some relative polices, and diseases the venture interspaces of our petroleum enterprises when oil price is rising. With continuing to exploit oil, the stable production and exploration situation of China National Petroleum Corporation's backbone oilfields—Daqing Oilfield and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation's backbone oilfields—Shengli Oilfield have varied tremendously. The shortage of continuous resource and the unbalance of deposition and exploration have becoming the main confliction which is influencing the sustainable development of our petroleum enterprises. The foundation of our petroleum enterprises sustainable development is continuous resource, technology and the sustainable development of human resource. The nature of the sustainable development of our state-owned petroleum enterprises is to cultivate and improve enterprises'ability of sustainable development under correct developing direction. The key to realize sustainable development of our state-owned petroleum enterprises is positing strategy and industry expanding. The guarantee is effective and flexible management instrument, the talents of entrepreneurs, harmonious company environment and society environment.
