With the development of the economy, the living level of the customers is higher year by year, and the more money the customers have, the more service the customers want. It called that the emerging of consumer sovereignty movement. Actually this movement also made the company to study the ethics, and then, we got a lot of books about the business ethics. But the study just stand by the consumers'side, no one look about the companies'profits. Aim for the present situation, this article take business ethics as the research subject, and focus on the formation decision-making process of business ethics, and construct the research theory through the investigation, got the method what the companies should have to choose the way of business ethics.This article can be divided into five chapters. The brief introduction of each chapter is as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction of the article, which put forward the research point and scope of the research object.Chapter 2: Review the documents, discuss the loyalty theory, and the process of the consumer research.Chapter 3: The business ethics can improve the level of customer satisfy. Then analyze the relationship between the customer satisfy and customer loyalty. Prove that the business ethics can improve the level of the customer satisfy.Chapter 4: Discuss the formation decision-making process of business ethics.Chapter 5: The summarization of this article. Sum up this article research; discuss the innovation and the inadequate.
