The price not only is the important attribute to gain the profit, but the powerful weapon to expand the market share. Competition strategy of Enterprise finally all must manifest in the product price strategy. The former people merely realized that the price was the tactic strategy, but has not realized the price strategic function , therefore has not stood in the macroscopic strategic angle in the fixed price process, thus its profit ability merely is the short-term behavior, not the long-term characteristic.In view of the fact that the price leverage, very many companies take it as main method enhancing the profit or the market share, but completely have not considered the consumer and competitor response to the enterprise's price strategy, and the enterprise finance influence to the enterprise's price strategy, thus its pricing often cannot achieve the profit maximization goal, and loses effectiveness.Present market degree of freedom is very big. Consumer expenses more rationally, choices products more widely, and request the value of product more highly. The tendency that the consumer pursues more and more the value becomes an important attribute which needs to be considered in the pricing process. The traditional pricing method more and more cannot adapt to the current market economy condition, and its malpractice extremely is also obvious. But many enterprises in the domestic also have the overweight tendency of traditional fixed price method, its management idea also do not completely transform from the planned economy system.Was precisely based on above several understanding, this article has mainly compared and analysised each kind of pricing method, and proposed value-oriented profitability & strategic pricing model from the value angle and the pricing strategy. Utilized the fuzzy mathematical analysis method to carry on the quantification analysis to the price, and surveyed the price influence to the enterprise finance, as well as it has carried on the system analysis regarding the consumer and competitor response to the price change.
