| Since it is a challenge for performance management in state-owned enterprises, this paper emphasized the application of assessment approaches for performance of project managers and principles of Fuzzy Mathematics.Following both quantitative and qualitative approach, an assessment system for performance of project managers in GZTT was developed. An AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis was also made for variable categories of performance, and the feasibility and necessity to make a quantitative assessment for qualitative elements was stressed based on Fuzzy Mathematics.The performance of most of project managers in GZTT from 2005 to 2006 were assessed quantitatively, further more, a special assessment system and practical suggestions targeting for GZTT was supplied, and it has come into use from 2007 on. |
