The synergic behavior has become the inevitable trend of the development of competition strategy for the inter-firm networks. Under the complex competition environment, the enterprise sharing resources and information in the network through the coordination, and the implementation of Synergic strategy promote the value creation of the networks.This paper draws up based on the human capital angle of view conducts the research to the enterprise network coordination behavior. The article coordinates the theory and the human capital theory evolution process as well as based on the human capital to the enterprise carries on after the enterprise network organization's research combs, first has discussed the enterprise network organization of coordination behavior motive, Among this, after elaborated general motive has carried on based on human capital special-purpose and the appropriation motive analysis; Then, divided the angle to study the human capital in the concrete enterprise network organization of coordination characteristic, this part has selected the enterprise group, the industrial colony and the strategic alliance three kind of networks organization form; Received inquired into the human capital promotion network coordination intrinsic mechanism, has analyzed the conformity management mechanism, the trust mechanism, the knowledge sharing mechanism and the match mechanism and so on four kind of mechanisms.
