In a BIG DATA environment, booming data growth have attracted the attention of the world. With the continuous development of information resources mining on network, information products emerge in an endless stream, new business models are also emerging in the process. The network information resources are expanding the scope of knowledge, but also promote the development of information technology, network is an important part of synergic innovation.The first chapter, introduction.
