Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Network On The Formation Of Inter-organizational Capital

Based on the important role of organizational capital on the creation of enterprise value,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to organizational capital,however,the research on organizational capital is concentrated in the organization,and the research on inter-organizational capital is very little.In recent years,the development of information technology led to the dynamic changes in the external environment.In such an environment,The traditional individual combat can not be qualified for the fierce market competition.To obtain enough resources for the development of enterprises,the enterprise network must be built.Through the informal interaction within the enterprise network,the resources will be coordinated so as to bring synergies to the enterprise network to promote the improvement of network performance.This process produces the capital of inter-organizational organizations.It is the fundamental guarantee to ensure the stable development of enterprise network and it will improve the competitive advantage of network.So how does the enterprise network affect the formation of inter-organizational capital,and what measures should be taken to promote the formation of inter-organizational capital?This paper discusses the problem in detail.Based on the enterprise network theory and resource theory,this paper defines the concept and dimension division of the new enterprise network,inter-organizational capital and network resources integration.On this basis,this paper has constracted the theoretical model of the influence of the three dimensions of enterprise network on the formation process and formation effect of inter-organizational capital.Using the research method of statistical analysis,selecting new enterprises to collect data for the research object,and using SPSS software to analyze,this paper has drew the following conclusions:Firstly,the enterprise network has a significant effect on the formation process of Inter-organization capital;Secondly,the enterprise network has a significant positive effect on the formation effect of organizational organization capital;Thirdly,the formation process of inter-organizational capital(ie,resource integration)plays an intermediary role between enterprise network and inter-organizational capital formation effect(ie,corporate network performance).There are four innovations in the paper:The first one is conceptual innovation.According tothe relevant research of organizational capital,the paper constructively puts forward the concept of inter-organizational capital,and expands the organizational capital theory to a certain extent.Secondly,the selected topic perspective is different.Most researches on organizational capital in the past are from the perspective of the inner-organization,but this paper studies the inter-organizational capital from the perspective of enterprise network,which has more practical significance;The third one is theoretical model innovation.The paper divides the enterprise network into three dimensions:network scale,network strength,network centrality,and establishes the theoretical model of the influence of enterprise network on the process and effect the inter-organizational capital,which has a certain innovation;The fourth is the empirical test.The paper uses the method of literature review and questionnaire survey,on the basis of summarizing the existing research,collects a large amount of data to verify the model,and provids data support for the theory.
