As the most developing countries, China and India have many resemblances.They are neighborhoods,agriculture and population nation。They have the most fast economy growth last few years.And China and India also have most magic power to FDI。In the thesis, it has obvious difference to make use of foreign capital structure in two countries by comparison: FDI flows to the processing industries in China, but to offshore services in India. Differences in the use of foreign investment in China and India are due to the overall environment for attracting investments, economic development strategy and so on. China and India have a different use of foreign investment a major impact on the economy. Therefore the two countries should learn from each other's experiences.First, the thesis introduces the background and reviews the papers. Second, the thesis introduces the FDI profile of China and India, compare with using foreign funds for the development of the Sino-Indian state, and form an future trend analysis of the two countries FDI。Third, the thesis Analyze the causes and characteristics of China and India to attract FDI, and many way of China and India in attracting foreign direct investment. Such as: the economic environment, human resources, the political situation and so on. Four, the thesis analyzes FDI absorption and utilization analysis of the economic effects of the process. The positive effects of the positive effects, such as : the development of foreign trade, employment effects, promote technological progress; and the negative effects of the negative effects, such as : aggravate the imbalance in regional and industrial development onto pollution.Five, Study both China and India should learn from each other's experience. To attract FDI, China and India continue to maintain the advantage, the two sides must learn from each other's experience.Finally, the writer makes a conclusion and trend prediction .
