Along with the economic globalization is deepening, the international business has become an irreversible trend of the times. Enterprises utilize resources in the world scope, and combine it's own advantage of capital, technology and management with resources, market and labor of the host country through mergers and restructuring, acquisitions and other forms of cooperative behavior. When commodities, capital and technology of transnational enterprises across borders, but also transcend the culture. Cultural differences make the enterprises face from different cultural systems and cultural friction and clashes. So it is necessary to adopting the effective management means to reveal the cross-cultural predominance sufficiently and drop the culture conflict to the lowest degree. The cross-culture management comes into being therefore.The tide of economic globalization will not lead to cultural globalization of homogeneous cultural, but would bring corresponding Cultural diversity with it. Comply with the integration of the world economy and the development of globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises have developed in the direction of internationalization, a large number of outstanding Chinese enterprises have joined the ranks of transnational business. Transnational operation is not only a necessary choice to the survival and development of Chinese enterprises in the process of globalization, but also a good opportunity to the expansion of enterprises' strength. the problem Cross-cultural management has to resolve is the chief task that Chinese enterprises has to face in the process of globalization ,and this paper outspreads discuss from this point.This paper is divided into three parts altogether. The first part has told of the meaning of Cross-Cultural Management, and considers that cross-cultural management is related to different people, goods and matter of different cultural backgrounds. Then we have summarized the historical inevitability of the rise of cross-cultural management. Cross-cultural management is the result of the development of management; it is an inevitable choice to the transnational business enterprises and promotes each other with theoretical knowledge. Finally, the first part has elaborated the value of cross-cultural management, and the cross-cultural management can reduce cross-cultural transaction costs, decisions on the strategic choice to improve the organizational structure of enterprises, improving enterprise system and enhance staff behavior. The second part discussed from actual conditions of Chinese multinational enterprises, pointed out the problem exited in cross-cultural business management. We offered the corresponding empirical analysis then. Due to the objective existence of cultural differences and in the lack of enterprise management with Chinese enterprises, there exits many problem in cross-cultural communication, cross-cultural negotiation, cross-cultural human resource management, cross-cultural team manager. Aimed at the problem with cross-cultural of Chinese enterprises in the transnational business, the third part has brought new ideas to solve the problem of cross-cultural management with Chinese enterprises. Chinese enterprises solve cross-cultural management, excellent corporate culture to the establishment of the core, to the core competitiveness of the building as the foundation, globalization manager for the training of security, a cross-cultural management mechanism as a fundamental building.
