This article focused on the problems in cross cultural management in the author's previous serving company, FNL Company, inducing the concept of cross-cultural management, and end up a reasonable cross-cultural management method. Nowadays, globalization is an indisputable fact. The foreign enterprises are more eager to be able to stand their feet on the international market than ever before. The main problem of this thesis discussing about is for the multinational corporations, especially those companies who are expanding their target market into a different region demographically and geographically, and the management problems which are brought by this culture discrepancy, and the relative impact in business strategy, marketing and human resources strategy management. On the basement of Hofstadter's cultural dimensions, cultural difference should be considered as important affects to the company strategy making. Cross-cultural factors should be fully taken into account of the enterprise's overseas expansion and cultural differences should be included as an indicator of business management, accordingly adapt appropriate adjustment in business strategy and human resources management. By comparative analysis of cases, the mode of "Cultural Awareness - Strategic Adjustment - Team Construction" was made as a referential solution for cross-cultural management problems.
