In this research,we discuss The influence of e-commerce to traditional enterprise marketing of China. By way of research and analysis to domestic and international the e-commerce in recent years, combine the e-commerce practice of the enterprise, from three aspects to study the influence of e-commerce to the traditional enterprise marketing of China, the e-commerce environment of traditional enterprise, the e-commerce bring opportunity to the enterprise market marketing, the e-commerce bring risk to the enterprise market marketing and countermeasure research of the enterprise.The possible innovation point of this text is to sum up out China's typical the e-commerce model, and done in-depth analysis with regard to each style of the e-commerce model of planting to the influence of traditional enterprise market.By way of the research of this text, to make traditional enterprise know the strategic element of the enterprise's marketing management under the e-commerce background and traditional enterprise is guided to change traditional marketing idea, develop the network marketing, grow out of nothing and gradually implement the e-commerce.
