With the rapid development of "Belt and Road",our country has rapidly broken through the disadvantages brought about by the post-financial crisis era.It is another great innovation of reform and opening up to rapidly transform the advantages of technology,production capacity and capital into a worldwide cooperative advantage."Belt and Road" is based on the theory of economic belt,the theory of economic corridor,and the theory of international cooperation.Promote the development of cross-border ecommerce in an all-round way.Because there are many problems which can not be ignored in traditional domestic e-commerce,which are not suitable to the current market law and development demand,it is urgent to have a diversified cooperation system,so that cross-border e-commerce can be comprehensive.However,we must also see that due to the differences in the political system,economic environment and cooperation mechanism of various countries,there are also great problems in cross-border e-commerce,which need to be continuously improved and innovated in the course of development.In recent years,relying on the "Internet" advantage,a large number of domestic trade model enterprises began to appear.In 2010,the cosmetics limited time spe cial sale system,represented by Jumei,rose rapidly.At the same time to provide domestic customers with fashionable makeup,and on 2014,formally listed on the New York Stock Exchange,according to Haitao net to realize the development of overseas markets,and gradually form a new industrial profit growth point,said It is the trend of the transformation of the foreign trade electric business to the foreign trade electric business.Its advantages are not only the change of cooperation mechanism but also the maximum expansion of potential market,which can get more entrenched vitality.This paper takes Jumei as the research object,selects the case analysis method and the SWOT method as the research method,carries on the research to the traditional domestic trade ecommerce transformation cross-border e-commerce,in order to make the beneficial attempt and the exploration for the promotion related domain development.The thesis framework is as follows:The first part: summarize the background and significance of the research,find out the significance of the research,from the perspective of literature review,the current situation of domestic trade e-commerce development,existing problems and countermeasures are expounded.It lays a solid foundation for the research of the subject,and analyzes the ideas,methods,innovations and shortcomings of the research so as to make the overall framework more reasonable.The second part: a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of traditional domestic trade e-commerce,found that the recovery of consumption is slow under the new normal economy;the domestic trade market tends to saturation,competition is increasingly fierce;the industry outlook is still running at a low level,and the overall upgrading takes time;The means of competition are single,mainly in the price war,and the overall profit ratio is relatively low.Cross-border e-commerce has suddenly emerged,and Haitao has become a new force.Based on this,domestic e-commerce merchants have a strong development advantage in transferring cross-border e-commerce businesses.Is the important embodiment of the market law.The third part: O verview of the deve lopment of cross-border e-commerce.First of all,the connotation,types and operation mode of cross-border e-commerce are comprehensively analyzed,so as to find out the advantages of cross-border e-commerce;the rise of cross-border e-commerce,The development of cross-border e-commerce is in full swing and has its own industrial advantages.The development environment of cross-border e-commerce is analyzed,such as national policy,macroeconomic,social level,investment environment and so on.Part 4th: the reasons and risks of the traditional domestic e-commerce business transforming into foreign trade e-commerce,from its motivation,can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,reduce the inventory and backlog of products,accelerate the formation of enterprise brands.From the point of view of its risks,the original products are not suitable for cross-border e-commerce,the enterprise lacks cross-border e-commerce talent,the after-sale system is not perfect,and the online payment platform is not secure.Part 5th: take Jumei as an example to carry on the swot analysis to the traditional domestic backing,strong business operation ability,with cosmetics group purchase as the characteristics of B2 C Mall;From the analysis of its disadvantages,the logistics system is not perfect,the return process is complex,and the efficiency is low;the laws and regulations of cross-border electronic commerce are not perfect,and the third largest in the world The cosmetics market has a large space for development;the policy environment is good,and the government is vigorously supporting e-commerce;the business model of group buying is clear and the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental area has been set up;from its threat analysis,the group purchase competition is fierce.Competitors continue to join;cross-border commodity promotion and other soft power is insufficient,mainly in Japan and South Korea,targeted at a limited number of consumers;Taobao,Baidu gradually joined the group purchase market,attracting a large number of consumers.Part 6th: to study and formulate the strategic suggestions to promote the transformation of traditional domestic e-commerce enterprises,pay attention to cross-border e-commerce education,train compound talents,strengthen the application consciousness of cross-border e-commerce in foreign trade enterprises,adjust the product structure rationally,and establish their own brands.Strengthening payment security,perfecting cross-border payment mode,establishing overseas warehouse and localization service,actively exploring new cross-border logistics development model,thus effectively promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce.
