After the outbreak of the US subprime mortgage crisis in 2008,the central banks repeatedly injected huge sums of money into the financial markets to stop the global economic crisis.The sharp depreciation of the dollar has led to a sharp depreciation of dollar assets held by various countries,while pushing up the exchange rate of other countries 'currencies against the US dollar,creating an immeasurable catastrophic blow to export-oriented countries' export trade and socio-economy.The spillover effect of the dollar has led to the influx of international hot money into developing countries represented by China,pushing up the prices of commodities and causing inflation in China and other countries.With the continuous appreciation of the RMB,international trade orders have been transferred to the low production costs of Southeast Asia which is represented by Vietnam.Developed manufacturing countries,represented by Germany,are engaged in the fourth industrial revolution,replacing traditional industries with intelligent industries,and China is also actively exploring the road.Traditional manufacturing enterprises in fact only have two ways to choose,transformation and upgrading,or to perish.The upgrading way can be broadly divided into two kinds:one is to replace the workers with intelligent machines,which is also known as the 'no lights factory'.In order to reduce the wages caused by workers' instability and go on the 'B2C' road,whose aim is to reduce the sales of intermediate links,the factory could directly sell their goods to the customers to stabilize the source of profits of the factory,and the enterprises can continue to operate benign.The two options have their own advantages,the first way is suitable for the large enterprises to upgrade,but a large number of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China are actually more suitable for the second transformation way.In this paper,we use the relevant theoretical knowledge of e-commerce to analyze the X company,treating the contemporary economic environment as the background o and the traditional manufacturing enterprise X company as a case study.This specific analysis of the X company' e-commerce upgrading way could tell us in what efforts should manufacturing industry be to transform and to upgrade.This paper first analyzes the related concept knowledge of e-commerce and the operation status of e-commerce in reality and the present situation of manufacturing enterprises,and then analyzes the internal value chain of X company to find out the X company's Core competitiveness which will be retained and nurtured.The industrial value chain analysis of X company pointed out that the transformation of X company should go to the upstream direction.Through the establishment of e-commerce data system and the using of the electricity sales platform to help Enterprises to upgrade the transformation,we can find a suitable way for the development of X company's transformation and give a expected outlook of X company's future business.
