| Since the reform of electric sector in China, with the formation of competition in power generation market, the operation of incentive regulation in power grid enterprise and the peeling off of supplementary functions from power operation, the study of managers'incentive mechanism has become an impending problem confronting decision makers. The focus of the thesis is the compensation incentive mechanism of electric power enterprises.In the paper, the main mode of manager compensation incentive mechanism is discussed; their advantages and disadvantages are compared also. Then the character of three main power enterprises, power grid, power generation and others are discussed and accordingly the compensation mechanism for them studied. Finally the comprehensive evaluation model for the decision-making of mechanism program selection is discussed and case study provided. |
