| In the human resources management, the design of the compensation system is one of the most important and challenging activities. With the development of power sector, a number of power plants that provide specialized services for the power plant's overhaul were born. Under the development strategy of "going out", HT Power Company set up HT Electric Power Overhauling Company in 2002. It outputs management, technology and labor to the whole country's generator overhaul market, and it has developed into a well-known brand in power generation overhaul industry.Based on the research of compensation management theory, this paper analyzed the current situation of compensation incentive mechanism of HT electric power overhauling company. This paper found performance compensation problems of it, and used the modern salary management ideas and technology to redesign compensation incentive mechanism. Especially for these special employees, which come from different departments for new temporary project. This is a difficulty in this paper. This paper proposed a new idea that based on the performance of project department, original department and individual. This paper hopes it will make contribution to the compensation management of HT electric power company, and the author believes the system is still applicable to the enterprises which have the same problems needed to be solved.This paper draws inspiration from analysing the salary design theory. The author gets the level and structure of compensation, makes proper compensation management system and the performance evaluation system through interview and survey. This paper emphasizes the internal fairness external competitiveness principle, and combines workload, quality, results with compensation. The author thinks this will arouse the employees'enthusiasm and motivate the revolution and development of electric power overhauling companies. |
