How to achieve the reasonable distribution and optimization of human resources is always a core issue in companies’management. As an important means to allocate human resources, compensation plays a crucial role in an organization’s human resource management. However, due to the complexity and benefit difficult to be adjusted, how to design compensation structure in a scientific way has become a hard problem in the compensation management.Yihe Electric Co.Ltd taken as a research subject, the author carried out one-year investigation and its follow-up survey. Based on thorough research of the company’s compensation structure system, this paper aims to seek out the deficiency and optimize it so as to make its structure more reasonable, staff more active and initiative in a large extent, realizing the reasonable distribution and optimization of human capital effect.This paper begins with the introduction to the relating theories and history evolution of compensation management. Based on the full research into the current compensation management situation and the compensation structure of Yihe Electric Co.Ltd, this paper gives an analysis on the company’s compensation structure deficiency, and brings forward the feasible compensation optimization plan by applying modern compensation theories and inspiration theories. At last, this paper makes further improvement to guarantee the smooth completion of this compensation management system plan.
