| As a kind of effective employment system arrangement, "Internal labor market "(ILM) also has some applicability in China. It has important practical meaning to most of enterprises of our country, especially to those whose human resources lost seriously, to those whose employees have danger feeling to their long-term job security. However, different enterprises have great differences in their industry, size, history and corporation culture, so the superiority, disadvantage and difficulty of adopting this system will be different. Hence, whether or not to adopt and how to adopt should be decided by the practice of every enterprises.By combining normative and empirical analyses, integrating comparative and integrative study, uniting academic and countermeasure research, through studying the conditions of ILM's produce and development and its applicability, the author attempts to discuss the applicability of ILM in different ownership enterprises, especially analyze and compare the applicability of the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. The author expects to offer the use for reference to the enterprises of our country in HR competition by this text.This paper have five parts altogether. Part one is the preface, introduces the aim, meaning, content, innovation and the method of the research, and reviews the relative theory study. Part two is the definition and the base of theory of ILM, mainly expatiates in the concept, character, function and running efficiency of ILM. Part three is the application study of Internal Labor Market on Chinese enterprises, mainly investigates the application actuality, existent problem of ILM in state-owned and private enterprises, the necessity and measures of repairing it. This part also contrasts the characters of HR collocation in these two kinds of corporations and draws the conclusion that these two kinds of HR assignment are inclined to two kinds of employment patterns. Then the text compares these two kinds of employment patterns. Part four is the summarizing of run-of-mill application of ILM, which includes the corporation of adapting to long-term engagement and the basic pattern of setting up ILM in the corporation of our country. The last part is the tag, which sums up the paper and the author's overall opinion to the application of ILM. |
