In September 2005, the Chinese government has been defined to make a legislation of direct selling, and regulating direct selling will become China's market economy an organic component. the core base is human, in the direct sales staff motivation is the direct marketing activities of the core content, direct marketing companies have so far lacked a suitable characteristics of the Chinese keeper incentive, direct current incentive mechanism exists Improvements are needed in many areas to establish a more direct and effective incentive mechanism.This paper uses this as a starting point. On the basis of summary analysis of the Western classical economic theory of incentives, analysis China's system of direct marketing to enterprises as staff motivation and incentive. By the existing methods of incentive, based on the needs of the multi characteristics, to design a set of them can be effective in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the program. This program includes material incentives, the spirit of encourages and self-improvement programs.The innovation point of this paper is, to think the effective ways to improve on the basis of the existing incentive program, including the training mechanisms, effective dissemination of corporate culture, the establishment of an effective performance feedback channels and regional managers to improve the management level. Companies in the training content should cover values, incentive programs, and skilled quality; in the training methods used, should be used in a wide range of training methods, particularly when it comes to effective use of network training method; in the training arrangements, the company should strive to create high-quality training team. Companies to disseminate correct corporate culture is the key from the special features of the multi groups; Enterprise spread the belief values, and so on.
