Study On Adjusting The Industry Structure Of Beijing

Beijing, as China's capital, is the country's political, cultural, information and decision-making centers, and how to coordinate Beijing's industrial structure to accelerate economic growth becomes very important.In present, Beijing's economic and social development level has made tremendous achievements, industrial structure has been well optimized and adjusted, and the second, tertiary industry has become the leading economic development efforts. But the development of tertiary industries will not also meet the level of society's growing demand, and the tertiary industry's contribution rate has a certain distance to the role of a service-oriented city. "Beijing's report on the outline of the 11th Five-Year Plan" also explicitly pointed out: "To readjust the industrial structure and to change the mode of growth, to take high-end industrial development path," requesting that " To raise the level of industrial and technological level and to increase the scale and concentrated effects. To raise the level of resource conservation and more efficient use, to speed up economic restructuring and to change the mode of growth, and to promote industrial optimization and upgrading."Based on industry economics theory, theory of industry classification and optimizing industrial structure is introduced, and then a detailed description of the evolution of industrial law is introduced.In the part of Empirical Analysis, Beijing's status of industrial structure is firstly analyzed, which supports Clark and Kuznets' conclusions of industrial transfer. Then, an internal analysis is conducted for the industrial structure of Beijing, focusing on the deficiencies of the industrial structure, stages of economic development, and the third industry within the relevant effects of analysis. Comparison with Shanghai's services and international industrial cities' industrial structure, we can see that Beijing has yet to be optimized industrial structure , in particular the value of the tertiary industry and the proportion of employment are to be improved.Finally, analysis based on industrial policy and theoretical, some policies for adjusting the industrial structure in Beijing are recommended, which provides a theoretical basis and policy support for readjustment of the industrial structure. These suggestions have some reference value.
