Risk Analysis And Protection Of Logistics Outsourcing Of Food Companies

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's life standard, their food consumption ideas are also changing. They are pursuing the food diversity and convenience. Therefore, the food industry is challenged to be of higher standard. Under this condition, in order to be more competitive in the market, the food companies are bound to shorten the R&D period of the food, improve its quality, reduce the cost, and shorten the production-and-delivery circle. Food companies in our country are less competitive than other international corporations: such as shortage of capital, under-developed and small-scaled logistics, inadaptation of modern logistics, etc. Thus, the Logistics Outsourcing for food companies is necessary and meaningful to be implemented. This thesis does a systematical research on the Logistics Outsourcing for food companies and its risk and the risk control. First, it states the connotation of the Out Souring of logistics according to its definition, introduces the supply chain in theory and its range, and then explains the value of the Logistics Outsourcing for food companies from different aspects. Secondly, it narrates the different and risks of Logistics Outsourcing and analyzes emphatically mechanism of the main risks. Thirdly, it introduces the current situation and difficulty of the food industry in our country, and the advantages and existing risks of the implementation of the Logistics Outsourcing, and also the mechanism of the risks. Fourthly, the thesis brings forward the control methods of the risks according to the analysis in the previous parts and the construction of a comprehensive and systematic control system. Finally, it introduces and analyzes the strategies of the Logistics Outsourcing in Wanhong (Beijing) Commerce and Trade Co. Ltd. and researches on its risk control methods implemented and those for potential risks.The researches will help to realize the Logistics Outsourcing and its risks subjectively. Thus it will help the food companies to use the Logistics Outsourcing effectively, to strengthen the companies' competitiveness and to prevent its risks.
