Research On Partners Selection Of Virtual Enterprise Under EC Environment

With the development of information technology and the competition between the markets, more and more enterprises start to give their attention to enterprises' exterior. Virtual Enterprise (VE) becomes the practical choose of many enterprises. It becomes the valid means of advancing market competition capability to build VE. How to assemble the appropriate copartners to organize VE in the shortest time, with the least cast and venture becomes an important problem must be resolve. So the selection of proper partners is critical to create VE. These selection methods of partners in VE are systematically studied in the paper on the base of basic characteristic application.After looking back the evolution of VE and depicting it is inevitable appearance, we find it is uncomfortable that the traditional mode of selection in the variable marketing. Reviewing recent literature on partnership and part-selection, several issues needed for further research are indicated. Then the basic characteristics of VE, including its basic characters, cooperation mechanism and technology platform are analyzed in detail. These serve as the theoretic foundation far the farther study of models and methods in partner selection.In the process mode of partner selection, the key technology and qualitative rule are adopted. Considering the characters of partner election in virtual enterprise, a four-stage process is presented, including preparation process selection, filtering choice, the evaluation of core competition competence and optimization. The author elaborates thoroughly the methods of selection from qualitative and quantitative angle. In the first stage, leading into the concept of the virtual broker, the latent cooperation colleagues are searched for the core business enterprise quickly in the huge business enterprise database. Then the latent partners are filtered by relation theories in the next phase. Therefore, the author give example applying in fuzzy cluster analysis, deviation degree and fuzzy optimization, and give result of optimize combination through mend optimize combination finally, proving the feasibility of arithmetic.
