| The issuance of "the notice of State Department concerning promoting the real estate market to keep on a healthy development" in 2003 established formally the real estate industry which regard residence as principle as a pillar industry in national economy. In the last few years, the real estate industry keeps on the fast and healthy development under the guide and promotion of national's macroeconomic policy. Residence construction and housing consumption play an important role on promoting the increase of national economy and improving the level of people's life. At the same time, accompany with the execution of the Western Development Strategy, the real estate industry of western region get a rapid development. The real estate industry of Yan'an also gets a tremendous development in this wave of Western Development. But, there are also some problems about the real estate development of Yan'an, which needs to improve and perfect continually.The emphasis of this paper is the actuality and development measures of Yan'an real estate industry. First, it analyzes the macroscopical background and actuality of Yan'an real estate industry development by data collection and filter etc. empirical study method. Then, it analyzes and summarizes the problems of Yan'an real estate industry development process according to the development actuality. Finally, it proposes concrete settlement measures aims at the existent problems form following several aspects such as urban construction, real estate marketing system, real estate company, real estate finance and residence supply structure etc. It is hoped that it can provide some referential suggestion to the real estate development of our country's eastern medium and small sized city by analyze and study of this paper. |
