The Improvement Of The Economically Affordable Housing System In Our Country

As one of the main content of the housing guarantee system of our country, the economically affordable housing system takes on the double objectives of reforming and developing the housing market in our country. It also has played an important role to promote the commercialization and socialization of the housing market in our country and resolve the housing problems of the mid-and-low-income families in the early stages of the implementation of the policy. Along with the deepening of the housing reform, problems in the implementation of the economically affordable housing system have emerged gradually, such as higher prices, the buyers out of control, construction standard exceeding the set standard and so on, which have caused widespread concern in the community. Therefore, how to improve economically affordable housing system has both theoretical and practical meaning.This thesis analyzes the present situation of the economically affordable housing, and the problems in implementation of the economically affordable housing system as well as the reasons through four aspects: the qualitative, positioning, pricing and the quantitative. Then it puts forward suggestions to improve the economically affordable housing system on the use of the relevant experience of foreign countries.
