The scale and extent of creative industry development have been an important symbol in measuring the integrative competition of countries or cities. Recently, many countries and areas have made creative industry as the strategic and principal industry, and taken relevant policies and measures to impelling its development. The concept and practice of creative industry are becoming popular increasingly in the world, but the research on theories at home and abroad still falls behind the requirement of practice. It has no mature theoretics on creative industrial definition of the scale, modality of industrial organization, mode of development and so on. Further more, there is scarcely analysis on structure and integration of its industry chain based on industrial economics. This dissertation just tries to research on creative industry from the view of industry chain.From the contrastive analysis on actuality research at home and abroad, the paper makes studies on creative industry from the view of industry chain, and puts forward a conclusion that the structure of the creative industry chain presents the network character. Combining the theories such as modularity, "Smile curve", SECI knowledge innovation model and others, this paper analyzes the network character of creative industry chain from the modality of production, value and knowledge. Further, it summarizes the tentative integration mode of creative industry chain from value and knowledge. At last, this dissertation takes cosplay industry of China as the case, analyzing its industry chain and integration, trying to validate the conclusion and give some advices.
