The Analysis Of Shandong Service Industry Development

With the development of economic society, the service industries cover every aspects of the society gradually. It plays an important part in the developing of the economic society and also contributes more and more to the whole economic system. As a main province in China, Shandong Province has always been the nation's important place in agriculture and industry. But the service industries are comparatively weak, which restrict the further development of the whole province obviously. Shandong has a good foundation of agriculture and industry and has already come to a period of industrialization reforming, urbanization speeding up, and economy internationalization promotion. Facing the new cycle of economical growth, it has the inner and outer conditions of speeding up the development of service industries. Shandong should grasp the opportunity, push the service industries to develop quickly in order to make it the engine of the development to the province's economy and the society. It is supposed to display the foundation of making it the strong province in manufacturing industry, to practice the new method in industrialization, to construct the resource conservation and the friendly environment, to promote the entire province people's production, the quality of life.During the time of writing this thesis, I glanced through some articles written by Chinese scholars about China's service industries development. I also referred to the experiences and measures of other provinces about it. Combined with the conditions of Shandong, I did some researches about the service industries' development in Shandong. Through the data from everywhere, especially compared to the advanced provinces such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, I came to a conclusion that there is some disparity between Shandong and other provinces, then further analyzed some factors that restrict Shandong's service industries development. Combined with the facts of Shandong, I gave some ideas and suggestions of speeding up the service industries.The whole thesis can be divided into three parts: First, the introduction including the general idea, the basic connotation and the kinds of the service industries as well as the meaning of the development of the service industries to the development of the economy. Second, the analysis of the situation of Shandong's service industries, which is about the recent situation, the problems, the restricting factors, the advantages and the potential of the service industries. Third, some ideas and suggestions of speeding up the province's service industries development which include the further changing of ideas, the scientific recognition about the development in the service industries; To relax the entering of market, straighten out the market order, form the full competition of the market; To enlarge the investment to the service industries; To expand the demand of the service industries; To coordinate the city and the country's service industries; To adjust the internal structure of the service industries, enhance the operation benefit; To expand the opening up domestically and internationally; To strengthen the honesty and credit construction and improve the environment of social credit; To strengthen the construction of the talented people and the supporting of the human resources in the service industries; To improve the service industries statistics reform to supply the reliable basis for the scientific policy.This article has carried on the multi analysis to Shandong service industries development, and proposed some constructive ideas and suggestions. There is the situation, the analysis, the suggestions, it can be used and is operational. It also has strong significance to the recent society. Specially unifying the situation of Shandong, there is a detailed description about the advantages of Shandong's service industries and the positive functions of it to the whole economic improvement. In the ideas and suggestions of speeding up Shandong's service industries development, I especially refer to the speeding up in the countryside, the construction of honesty and credit, improve the credit environment, the enforcement of talented people's construction and the human resources of it. There are some new ideas in the article.As the limitations of the author, this article is mainly about the service industries in Shandong Province. The theory vision and the mentality is narrow, the theory is not deep enough, which needs further pursuing.
