Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Vegetable Professional Cooperatives In Shandong

Since the reform and opening up,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers,our party has widely carried out the household contract responsibility system in the whole country.This system makes the social income of agricultural production close to the individual income of farmers.The implementation of the system has released the vitality of rural development,and agricultural production has made considerable progress.However,with the deepening of economic globalization,the agricultural products in China are inferior to those in the developed countries.The traditional small-scale and intensive agricultural production mode has gradually lost the price advantage,and the contradiction between "small farmers" and "big market" is deepening.At present,there are a series of problems in China's agricultural production,such as short industrial chain,large consumption of resources and serious waste of resources.Therefore,the emergence of farmers' professional cooperatives will take part in the market competition with a large number of scattered,small and low cultural farmers to form new agricultural management bodies.This model creatively solves the contradiction between the "small production" and "the big market".The purpose of the farmers' professional cooperatives is to improve the market competitiveness of farmers entering the society,improve the production efficiency of farmers,reduce the production and sales costs of farmers,and increase the income of farmers.The farmers' professional cooperatives have played an important role in guiding the farmers to participate in the market competition and organizing the specialized production of farmers.At the same time,the development of strong and strong Shun should be the trend of the development of the market economy in China.However,in the rapid development of farmers' cooperatives,there are also many factors restricting the development of cooperatives,such as the heterogeneity of members,high cost of land circulation and low level of agricultural modernization,which make the cooperatives at a low level of development.At the same time,the members of the cooperatives can enjoy the various services provided by the cooperatives and realize the rational allocation of farmers through the integration of the resources,which greatly promotes the increase of the income of the farmers.However,the differences in the development levels of the cooperatives are relatively large by the internal management of the farmers'cooperatives,the composition of the personnel and the external environment..Therefore,the scientific investigation of the operational status of farmers' cooperatives and the existing problems in the process of operation can not only put forward the pertinent suggestions in time and effectively,but also provide reference for the development of other cooperatives.On the basis of summarizing the research results of cooperative development at home and abroad,this paper takes the vegetable professional cooperative of Shandong Province as the research subject and selects 2006-2016 years' statistical data to make a specific descriptive analysis on the general situation,basic characteristics and operation mode of the present development of Shandong vegetable professional cooperatives.Through combing the current development of vegetable professional cooperatives,I found that there are 3 problems in vegetable cooperatives in Shandong Province:(1)through descriptive analysis,it is found that the number of cooperatives is only 6.89%of the total amount of vegetable professional cooperatives in the province,which is lower than the average level of 8.97%in the country,indicating that Shandong is the same.The standardization degree of the provincial vegetable professional cooperatives is relatively low;(2)the empirical analysis of the factors affecting the income of vegetable professional cooperatives by multiple linear regression model shows that the larger the planting area and the lower the income of the cooperatives,the problem of the blind expansion of the planting scale in the present vegetable professional cooperatives;(3)through the qualitative analysis.The analysis found that the agricultural purchase and sales service,the deep processing of agricultural products and the technical support level were relatively low,indicating that the comprehensive service ability of the vegetable professional cooperatives was weak.Then,based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the reasons for the development of cooperatives are analyzed,and three main reasons are obtained:(1)the internal system of the cooperatives is not sound,the farmers' consciousness is weak;(2)the lack of managerial talents;(3)the external environment of the cooperative development is not perfect.Finally,in this paper,the specific problems of vegetable professional cooperatives in Shandong province are integrated,and it is proposed to improve the internal management mechanism of vegetable professional cooperatives,improve the scientific and cultural literacy of farmers,strengthen financial support and other legal systems from the three angles of vegetable professional cooperatives,farmers and external environment,so as to promote vegetable special in Shandong province.The healthy development of
